This makes a great summer meal with corn on the cob, baked potatoes, and a garden salad. Grill at 400☏ (204☌) to an interior temperature of 165° (74☌). For 1-inch thick boneless pork chops, cook for 8-12 minutes over direct heat turning every 3-4 minutes or until well grill marked with the lid closed. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to overnight, turning once if possible. Place pork chops in shallow baking dish or zip-top bag and pour marinade over chops.
